I don't know of any published research guidelines in orgonomy 
but it certainly would be a valuable resource to have available
to the public. If you hear of any or anyone feels they could write
one I would be glad to post it o a web page at PORE. Meanwhile 
I will forward your note to those subcribed  to the orgonomy 
mail list (oml).
