Kriss sent me a copy of his request personally, and my reply was as 
follows - may be of interest to others:

Dear Kriss

sounds grim! What did you build the pyramid out of? What is your general
environment like (eg high tension wires, air condition, etc?) Any 
fluorescent light source around? Any aluminium?

In general, I'd suggest getting as much fresh air to the area as you 
possibly can, for as long as possible - I don't know the layout of 
your home, obviously. It's difficult to know what else you can do; 
there are rep[orts of buildings having to be demolished and buried...But 
I don't want to depress you. One thought: it seems to be metal, especially,
hollow metal (piping), which holds on to this stuff. If you can remove 
materials of that kind from the area and see if that makes a difference?
