I'd like to draw some attention to Jon Vankin's homepage. He
updated it this week with an excerpt on Carl Sagan from the
Steamshovel Press anthology, Popular Alienation. The excerpt
is primarily a 1962 newsclip describing a lecture by Sagan
establishing the probablity of life in space. This was before
mechanistic science convinced that all space is dead.
