It is proposed that henceforth, observations on nuclear accidents and
atomic bomb tests be posted on the OML, and that we use the OML as a kind
of "reporting system" for unusual events which might have a more widespread
orgone-energetic significance. Please provide all available specific
information, as well as a full citation if the material comes from a
newspaper, magazine or book.
Here are two contributions in this direction.

***ORANUR ALERT ***
8 Dec. 1995.
On December 8th, there was a major accident at the Jonju Japanese nuclear
reactor, their experimental breeder reactor, and "two to three tons" of
liquid sodium coolant leaked out, some of which discharged into the
atmosphere. It is not known if this coolant was radioactive.

***ORANUR ALERT***
27 Dec.1995
French Nuclear Test, Mururoa Atoll, French Polynesia
1:30 PM Pacific Standard Time. <20 Kilotons
This test was the fifth of a series announced by the French.
"The first test... caused Mururoa Atoll's lagoon to foam and churn from the
force of the impact. A second, much more powerful blast of about 110
kilotons was set off Oct. 2nd beneath neighboring Fangataufa Atoll. The
third and fourth tests were held beneath Mururoa on Oct. 27th and Nov.
21st."
The final 6th test should occur sometime in February.

An observed after-effect of nuclear tests is an increased high pressure
along the West Coast of North America. Biological reactions have also been
reported, including contactless behavior and intense and unusual urges to
sleep, often within hours of the test times, at very great distances. For
a more complete write-up on this subject see:

"Unusual, Long-Distance Atmospheric and Geophysical Effects from
Underground Nuclear Bomb Tests and Nuclear Reactor Accidents: Suppressed
Scientific Evidence" a compilation of articles from Pulse of the Planet
journal. Articles include Gary Whiteford's study on changes in global
earthquake patters following underground nuclear tests, Mitsuru Katagiri's
study of unusual reports by local residents following the big accident at
the nearby Three Mile Island nuclear power plant, and several reports on
weather changes from underground nuclear tests. $5 postpaid from Natural
Energy Works, PO Box 1148, Ashland, Oregon 97520 USA.
