They are not Federal for me here in Rio, nor for a great part of
Internet users (soon the greatest). But Internet is as "Federal" in
Amazonia as in New York. It's authority is given by its usefullness, not
political power. And it has no borders...

I'm saying all this to reafirm my previous statement. If Internet had
existed in '56 the burning of Reich's books would make no difference at
all in their availability. With his permission, I could have published
them all from here, or elsewhere. The FDA would have no authority at
all.

Again, why am I saying this? Because we can apply these principles now.
Getting Ms Higgins permission to *sale* Reich's work thru the net is one
good idea. I can arrange the web technology necessary for
displaying the offers, processing credit card orders securely and
delivering the books electronically. It's quite easy. I would happily
sponsor such a site if someone arrange the permissions. WRITF would keep
all the profits.

Many ideas are possible. Jogg's PORE is wonderful to share available
information, the OML(wich i'm proud of) is great for group discussion.
What's the next?

It's up to us. Let's celebrate next year's centenary with a blossoming
of orgonomic production through the Internet.

Sorry to have talked so much. But you have to excuse me, I've been away
from here for too long.

Love,

Alan Pogrebinschi
