Yeah. I read the book and I've thought a bit about this and I think that
it's the pulsation frequency of the electricity that makes all the
difference. Atmospheric electricity is high voltage, low amperage and high
Q, or high frequency. It is capable of great fluctuation, i.e. movement.

In contrast, electricity from a household recepticle is high amperage, low
voltage and low frequency. (15A, 115V, 50-60 hz ) This current is measured
and regulated. It is allowed to fluctuate marginally. 

Lightning is high voltage, high frequency and high amperage. 

I don't know for sure but I estimate that electricity in the body is high
voltage, low amperage and high frequency. I don't think that Dr. Becker
explored the pulsation/frequency aspect as well as he could have.
