I speculate that it supplanted weather control and death ray research.
Putting Reich away also helped suppress the Oranur research that
demonstrated how deadly nuclear power can be. (Eisenhower even co-opted
Reich's phrase, "Atoms For Peace.")
The classic work on this is Jerome Greenfield's WILHELM REICH VS. THE USA,
which is available in most libraries. I understand that a new edition
has just been published in Europe. (Greenfield has said that he would
treatthe UFO material differently if he were writing today.)
