I will let James Demeo answer your question as he wrote the book you
mention. I haven't read that but have read WR's accumulator books and many
of the journals that were listed in the rare journal list lately. Many of
those journals go very deeply into this topic. And I believe that it is
refered to as a pre-atomic energy as well. It is best to read from the
source ie.. WR although I have heard that the DeMeo book is well done as
well. Check the WR museum listing of books available at WRM bookstore that
PORE has provided as a service to the public. We do not have any ties to
the WRM but they are a logical place to get WR books and publishings.
