His widow Desiree died relatively recently. I think Flatland still makes his
books available, though.

Serious orgonomic research has been going on internationally to various
degrees ever since Reich's time. Obviously, there's the ACO, Jim DeMeo,
Orgonon. The entire field of body-work therapy owes it all to Reich, and his
Character Analysis book is canon in the study of psychoanalysis. His
cultural impact has been vast as well (as on Burroughs, Ginsberg, etc.)
