Yes, technically, there is no clear legal barrier against any medical
physician undertaking open use of the orgone accumulator. However, what is
technically legal or illegal does not seem to bother medical licensing
boards, or the FDA, who use their considerable police powers against
medical pioneers, knowing full well how difficult it is to defend one's
self against such irrational attack. Kessler, the FDA commissioner, is a
real plague character, wanting even to control what is said at conferences,
or put into print about any medical issue. My article on
"anti-constitutional activities of the FDA..." gives a lot of details on
this, and is posted at the PORE web site.
