Sorry for the subject liner; didn't know what to write that would do the
job...

I haven't the time to follow this thread closely. But it brings out a
point:

In the past, when the way of the renegade scientist was hard and lonely,
only those with a large ego could survive such a lonely role on the
planet. Ego isn't bad. It gives us direction.

Individual egos will always have a percentage of "flawed behavior".

We needn't judge this.

I couldn't have been any other way. Will you learn from it? Will I?
I'm trying....

What does it mean?

Now is the time and the age when there are no more such bigger-than-life
pioneers - either to lead the way, or to screw things up.

Therefore, the time is at hand for us to use collective thinking/action
to increase responsible behavior. This requires inter-personal
relationship skills that are... functional... effective.

This requires good `ole love and understanding. Which requires
listening.

And on that note, I hope to have more time to listen to you all in the
future.

Make the best of it, please. Please.

Love to all,

Chad May
