The publisher's name and the year of publication is indicated in the
parentheses. I guess you'll have to contact your local bookstore with this
information and get them to special order the books; if they're out of print,
try a public library, or a college library.
If you want to buy a copy, I'd hazard a guess that there are places which
carry out of print books, but, off hand, I don't know of any. You'll have to
check that out yourself. However, a bookstore in Santa Cruz, California
called "Logos" often gets consignments of used books; you might try them if
you get stuck.
