Thanks for a sensible note Christopher. If you think about it, how many
pipes are pointed at the sky right at this moment that that could be drawing
energy. It was mentioned in Flatland that one of the things that Reich
noticed during WW I was that it always rained after a battle and he
attributed it to the cannon. Consider that with atomic testing, chemical and
industrial pollution, military testing-covert and overt, HAARP and its
associates that go back many years, germ and chemical warfare production
accidents and leakage, the space program. It was reported years ago that the
biggest cause of ozone depletion is liquid hydrogen fueled rockets and that
one rocket causes damage for years to come. I could go on and on but you get
the point. All these factors and many more affect the orgone envelope that
surrounds the earth and consequently the weather. Far more than all the
intentional cloudbusting operations that have ever taken place, combined.

Dr. DeMeo is the only person to my knowledge to do his college thesis on
cloudbusting, (1979 University of Kansas) no mean feat that. An unexpectedly
heavy downpour when one is trying to end a drought on his own time and money
is not a reason to condemn the guy in my opinion. Praise him maybe. To
loosely quote Wilhelm Reich. In order to criticize orgonomy you must first
understand and study it. How many of us here are knowledgable enough to to
write a criticism of anybody's cloudbusting technique? I know I'm not and
more importantly I wasn't there when the events took place so I'm not
qualified to judge.
